The guests have access to the entire unit, basement and backyard. The parking is off street in front of the unit. The backyard and basement are a shared space with the host as we live in the bottom unit. For your comfort and safety, a security camera system monitors the outdoor perimeter and basement of the property. HOUSE RULES: This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party - Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM (including weekends). We love our quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we request our guests be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures.
