I enjoyed staying at Dave’s place in St. Louis as a native St. Louisian. It was great to visit and be able to stay near the park, the Loop and other St. Louis attractions. We had an issue with our previous Airbnb and had to check out and Dave was responsive and quickly able to accommodate us with his property. I appreciate Dave’s responsiveness especially moving up check-in by an hour, it’s a great place to stay in a great location when you’re visiting the Lou!

This home was a great base for our St. Louis visit. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking. The house was a great fit for our family of 5. It was comfortable and well furnished. The owners are very responsive and were interested in making sure that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this house to others.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and we felt like home right away. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The rooms are cozy and the beds comfortable. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We loved our stay. Had 3 young children with us. The flat was well decorated and had so many thoughtful details. The beautiful wallpaper and green paint gave the place such a nice look. The Soulard light sign in the kitchen was great for selfies, kitchen was adequate and nicely thought out/quality dishes, very comfortable beds and bedding with great pillows, both bathrooms were lovely, good quality towels and shower has removable shower head which came in handy for washing the kids hair, comfortable furniture. Neighborhood felt safe. Right down the street from the Soulard market, which is a must see. They even had some tote bags set out that we could use for the market. Outdoor balcony was nice in the evenings. There is a bar across the alley and there was a lot of karaoke at night but we got a lot of laughs and amusement out of it while we set out there. We loved the board games. This was a very neat place to stay and lots of restaurants/ Soulard Market being in quick walking distance

My family and I stayed at this location for a church conference. We are a fairly large family (7 in total) and we all fit comfortably!! Everyone had their own bed which is a big deal. The home was easy to access and very tidy when we arrived. Just as described. I was able to cook for my family. The kids were able to watch a few films and played one of the board games. Definitely would recommend this home. Also the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet! With an infant this was a major plus. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Was visiting from the UK and I wasn’t sure which neighbourhoods in St Louis were desirable or safe, this area was great as was the accommodation. I’d certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! We were very lucky to have found this space days before our trip. It is an extremely quiet apartment despite being in a historic, multi-unit building. Great location for walking to the historic Soulard Farmer’s Market, a variety of eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, and about 5-15 minute drive from anywhere else you might want to explore in St. Louis. Brandon and Eddie put a lot of attention to detail into decorating the space. Appears exactly as photographed. There are some signs of ware and tear from being a rental unit but nothing that affects any real aspect of the stay just sad to see others be careless with the lovely space. Brandon was extremely responsive and even checked in on us the morning after check-in. We stayed with our two kids for a long weekend and the unit was perfect for our needs.
